Grass Fed Beef
3 Family farms from Cache, Box Elder and Weber counties, come together to provide excelent grass fed beef. Steers are primarily Angus and Herfords. Both breeds are great for meat and finish well on grass. Beef is dry aged 14-21 days on average and processed at a 3 generation, state inspected, butcher shop. Grandpa does the books, dad cuts and daughter wraps. They do an amazing job with our cut, getting the highest yield. Meat is wrapped in double layer shirnk wrap keeping your order fresh in your freezer.

Grass Fed Beef

Every steer is built a little differently so it will cut a little differently, however this graph will give you a good idea of how our average beef look. This lists number of packages for that cut (not weight). Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb packages, steaks are cut 1 inch thick and packaged 2 steaks per package (except for flank and top round). Roasts average 3-3.5 lbs. If there are any cuts you don't want they can be turned into ground (unfortuantly we cant turn rump roast into more tenderloin)
We do have beef ready to deliver that are listed below. We also offer the option to do a custome cut beef. This takes 4-8 weeks on average to deliver. Please call or text to go over cutting instructions.
