Aggie Chocolate Factory
The Aggie Chocolate Factory is the only academic bean to bar facility in the United States and was established in 2018. The primary mission of the Aggie Chocolate Factory is to educate and collaborate. The facility is built to be a resources a place for students to learn, industry to collaborated and community to discover.
Under the College of Agriculture at the Utah State University, students from the Food Science program help to establish a foundation of knowledge and professionalism. the Factory offers internships to students of various disciplines and collaborates with several other university departments to offer industry projects to students.
