Grass Fed Beef BBQ Ribs

Grass fed  Angus beef raised in Utah and butchered at a local, small family owned, inspected, custom butcher shop.

Dry aged 14-21 days 

No hormones No steroids 

averages 1.5-2 lbs

Great to put on the bbq or smoker. 

Fall off the bone BBQ ribs

Place ribs in stock pot with a pinch of salt. cover with water and allow to come to a boil. Boil till tinder (1-2 hours) Drain water and cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Grill for 1-2 min on each side or place in oven heated to 350 for 3-4 min.
