Raised in Northern Utah and butchered at a local, family ran custom state inspected butcher.  Dry aged 14-21 Days 

Price is $5.75 lb hanging weight and is calculated when the beef gets to the butcher. Price includes Beef ($4.60 lb) and butcher cut and wrap ($1.15 lb)

Deposits are non refundable but are transferable.
