Grass Fed Angus Beef. Raised in Northern Utah and butchered at a local, family ran custom inspected butcher.

processed in a state inspected facility. Dry aged 14-21 Days 

cut list is provided as an example. Each beef is built slightly different and will cut slightly different. List is based on an average beef. List indicates number of packages for each cut. Ground beef comes in 1 lb packs, roast average 3 lbs, steaks are 1 inch thick and packaged 2 per pack (except for flank and top round)
