Vivian’s new bread and roll mix is amazing for more than just its easy prep. The yeast is included so all you only add water then oil and beat for three minutes. Warm bread emerges from the oven warm, moist, flavorful and nutritious. Our special blend of whole grain teff and chickpea flour create a pleasant flavor and naturally fortifies the bread with folate and other B vitamins absent in most GF breads.
